Strange Gunk in Cage?

Hi all, about a month ago I got a new pig and she seemed a little sick when I first got her but quickly appeared to be healed. I just left college for Thanksgiving and a friend is babysitting her and her the guinea pig she's bonded to and just sent me a very concerning picture of some discharge/pee/something at the bottom of the playpen she uses. I have no idea what it is and I'm really freaked out being away from her. Please help me figure out what this is!

It looks like it could be abnormal urine. She will need to see a vet to find out what is going on
