Hey, That I stroke my guinea pig, he do Grrrrrrr...
it is normal?
 
Yes it is a normal guinea pig noise.
It can mean he is scared or he is happy.
You need to also look at his body language while he is making the noise.
Does he appear comfortable and relaxed?
 
yes.
Sometimes he is also a little shaky.
What it means?
 
It really is impossible to say without seeing your guinea pig actually doing it.
