Ok. I promised to update you all on the progress of Buddy's Boar Dates but I forgot and then couldn't find the thread. (I'm not great with the computer!)

So anyway here are the results! Unfortunately Buddy took an instant dislike to the first two piggies we tried. The one older than him was very grumpy and the eight month old wanted to pick a fight. So we moved onto the three babies who were the result of a unexpected pregnancy that the owners could not deal with. I fell in love with one and we agreed to try him first.

The food and hiding box provide great distractions and they go on to share a little green spaghetti!

After the cheeky little one tries to steal some grass out of Buddy's mouth, he retaliates with a little bit of mounting to teach him who is boss!

The new little one relaxes bravely outside the hiding box and the sun emerges!

After nearly an hour outside, they were moved into an indoor cage where they have been cuddled up ever since.

I am thrilled that Buddy has got his mojo (actually I wanted to call him Mojo but it was down to my little brother) back and found a furever friend in the form of Basil, AKA Baz!

So please give our new little one a big forum welcome!

I forgot to say that his eyes are a really gorgeous dark purple! I didn't know piggies eyes could be purple but his most definitely are!

We still think buddy is the most handsomest manpig we have seen :)

We are always making ourselves look beautiful for him :) especially Flicka, she has even been working on her bottom wiggle all day for buddy :)

Buddy cannot help being impressed with a good bum wiggle. He is very good at rumble strut bum wiggling himself. It's an art! ;)

He has just fitted easily into our family. Though he can never replace Bingo he has certainly given Buddy his sparkle back.

Currently he is watching me while eating some very slight wet piggy nuggets.

That's great to hear as I hope to boar date Barnum as soon as I build a c&c cage!
 
Wow purple eyes? That sounds amazing. Shame they cannot be captured on camera. Basil is so cute. It is great Buddy has a friend.:)
 
I am going to try and get a pigture of his special eyes, maybe when he is eating as he doesn't mind us being close to him then. So annoying that it doesn't show in pigtures!

Baz is way cute. Beautiful markings, I love his colouring.

Look forward to see loads more of Barry and buddy.
