Sugar snap peas

Hubby did the shopping last night and as they had sold out of green beans, he came back with sugar snap peas as an alternative. Does anyone know if piggies can eat these please?

My piggies love them. They probably have them once a fortnight.

They are fine as an occasionally treat as @YvonneBlue feeds. Mine don't bother with them, it's one thing the humans don't have to share with the piggies!

We often replace mangetout with sugar snap peas both for hoomans and piggies, perfectly safe to feed occasionally though mine aren't too keen

Mine aren't keen either - in fact I don't remember any of them even having a nibble!

They certainly can have them, but we have a firmly split piggy room as to who likes them and who doesn’t.

Mine tolerate them in the absence of anything else green, except for Lady Piggle... she hates all fruits, despises all pea and bean pods, loathes squash and sweet potato... I often wonder how she is the heaviest piggy as she rejects all treat foods except carrot and babycorn!

I gave them 3 so one each and 2 was left untouched May be they’ll eat them when there’s nothing else on offer x

Have you tried chopping them? If they arent chopped they dont smell of anything and the daft piggies might not know its dinner, mine wont touch anything they cant smell the inside of!

I wasted a full bag last night....not one of my 6 pigs even had a nibble...
Thought of pulling them back out for hubbies valentines dinner but decided against it
