Checking my big Frank over tonight and I was surprised to see he was quite impacted with pale poo. He's fine in himself and eating a good diet as vigorously as ever and has been pooing well all week.
He's an outdoor pig and is moulting a lot with the changing season. A good bit of the impacted poo contained a lot of hair. Could this be simply from grooming as he is as happy and healthy as ever?
As soon as I removed the stuck
Poo he was pooing perfectly.
Just wondered if there's any change I can make to his diet?

My piggies are outdoor piggies too and they are moulting loads I just worry a bit that with all this loss of hair they will get a wee bit chilly at night even though there are 5 of them that all snuggle up together. I have just ordered some heat pads for them and hopefully they will be arriving in the next few days. I had never heard of them before joining this forum. There is loads of hay in the hutch to keep them a bit warmer. I top it up every day .....

You could also try grooming him regularly to remove as much loose hair as you can, that way there's less for him to swallow :)

Boars collect a lot of hair from scent marking on the floor; if he is moulting, this means that he is picking up more hairs. I would recommend to give him a daily brush for the time being.

A regular high fibre diet can help mitigate proper impaction, which I don't think your boy has yet. Impaction Recovery - How To Help Your Guinea Pig.

Thanks a lot, I'll certainly up the brushing and keep an eye on his diet.
