I was searching through my old pics and found this...

I know you aren't allowed to mix but it is an old pic and they all loved each other, Victor my pooch, Pagan, the fluffy boy bunny and Wiccan, our sweet little sow, who loved me tickling her tum. :)

Sadly Pagan and Wiccan aren't with us anymore and died within weeks of each other. :(

Pagan was a baby bunny from P@H, he was sooooo tiny when we got him, I made my sister buy him because he looked so scruffy but he turned into a beautiful boy. Wiccan had a terrible life, she lived in a tiny hutch on a farm and her friends got killed by foxes. She belonged to my sister's boss who said she could have her, he left her in the hutch in his car for most of the day before telling her she was there for her to take. grrrr My sister went mad and left work early to take her home.

My dad made a HUGE hutch, in which both bunny and piggy lived. I didn't know about the problems with putting them together but they really got on and once Wiccan died, Pagan wasn't far behind. It was so sad. :(

Anyway, here they are kissing my doggy and chilling in the sun, I am so shocked at how Wiccan came along, she was so friendly after a while, even though she had a very bad start, she must have been at least 2 when we got her and we had her for years...:) Hoggle and Ludo are 10 times more skittish than she was. She used to smile when I tickled her belly. :)

That's is SUCH a cute story. Wonderful and it's so cute that they all got on so well like that.

aww,its amazing what love can do. both between us humans and animals, but between animals of different species

I am sure that Hoggle and Ludo will come along in their own time and in a year's time you would laugh reading your post again! ;)
 
It is sad when they pass, I used to love snuggling them and Pagan just smelt and looked like cotton wool. :)

Wiccan was just so chunky and cute. Nightmare to catch but aren't they all!? rolleyes

I hope Hoggy and Ludo turn out as friendly, I am sure they will when they are all grown up. :)

We still have the hutch and it is sad knowing it is empty. :(

Don't be sorry. I also had a Rabbit and Piggy living together once...Although it ended very badly :( ...I think there was once a time when none of us knew any better :)

It's so sweet that they all got on so well.

When I was younger, it made sense to have them together as they were both fluffy, sweet little things so we thought it was ok. Luckily, it worked out but it could have been different. :(

I like the pic, it is nice seeing my dog kissing a pig. :(|)
 
we also had a pig and rabbit living together when I was a child (about 20 years ago).

it was so accepted to do it back then... before folks knew better.

I think it is a lovely pic x
