Hello been looking around on food for guinea pigs I see iceberg lettuce is bad for them but can they eat sweetcorn ?

i give mine babycorn and they go crazy for it. I hide it at the very bottom of everything and they search through it til they find it and always eat that first :))

Mine adore corn on the cob, and baby corn, I just wondered if you can feed the leaves too when its in season? I've always peeled mine, just in case.

o ok then dang i brought some tinned but wasnt sure so thought i better check first lucky i did , thanks

You should NEVER feed your pigs anything from a tin - 100% fresh (un-cooked) only :)) Tinned fruit/veg contains all sorts of stuff that is VERY bad for pigs mallethead

You can give piggies the whole cob, including the outside leaves (although I usually take off the very outside couple and then wash it as it is). They love the leaves and silky bits almost as much as the kernels:))
