Swollen Anus Area On Male Guinea Pig

Please help! My Guinea pigs anus/penis area is swollen and sort of raw. I can't figure out what it is. He is already on antibiotics for another illness but now this is happening and I can't figure out why. Beware: Below image is pretty gross...

I have had a similar problem in the past like a prolapse, your vet should be able to fix it , but it needs amediate attention

Please see a vet today! That looks like some kind of prolapse and requires a vet to fix again.
