Hi guys

does anyone know of any websites i can buy 1ml and 2ml syringes? I'm currently syring my sow extra water due to her bladder problem and she loves to chew on them and have only a few left!

Thanks :)

That's a great price. Boots sell them if you're really desperate at any time, but they cost about 30p - 85p each, which is a complete rip off, but ok in an emergency.

You can buy them in Boots but don't say they're for animals. Say you want the smallest syringe and it's for a child.

I buy mine in boxes of 100 from the local Vets as it works out cheaper than buying online. That said I use O-Ring syringes (no rubber plunger to get nibbled when feeding thicker mixes) which can sometimes be hard if not impossible to find online!

Don't be afraid to phone around a few local Vets for a price check either ;)

Just go to your local Pharmacy - not Boots - and say it's for a small child's medication. If you're not using the syringes for medication, you should be able to reuse them too. Just seperate the syringe and the plunger to clean them.

thanks guys i ordered some off the internet this afternoon with an emergency pouch of critical care, just in case! always good to have :)
