Tear Drop Shaped Poos

I've noticed one or two (sometimes up to three) tear drop shaped poos in my piggy cage. The other poos all look normal. They eat lettuce and bellpeppers every day, also have water, pellets, and hay 24/7. I tried giving them a LITTLE bit of watermelon and cilantro (not in their daily diets) and I found three tear drop poos today.

What is causing this? I don't know which one has this issue. It's been going on for a while. What can I feed them to help with the tummy problem?

Edit: They both SEEM totally fine. No lethargy and clear eyes, running around and such.

Hi! Tear drops point to a very mild digestive upset. If you only have a few funny poos, there is no reason to worry.

You may want to enlarge their diet a bit - cilantro for instant can be part of their daily diet, but I would not feed too much lettuce. Please make any changes only slowly, one veg at a time as part of a mix.
