I just wanted to say thank you for some advice I was given and that I've read on here.
I brought a baby pig Hiro to keep my big pig Gill company, Hiro was poorly but took him and Gill to the vets on saturday for a check up and they got the all clear, woop woop.
So then sunday evening it was introduction time! Got them in the bath with some treats for distraction lots of mounting and rumbling (mainly from Gill who i now realize is a big baby) but not 2 bad, then popped them in to the room where the cage is, lots more mounting, rumbling, wheeking, and popcorning, still good, then after about 2 hours (we had the vanish and hoover on stand by) they were cuddled up in the purple tube! Success!
Spent the first night in the cage (2 of everything inside) and although there were a few rumbles (all from Gill) its happy days and they were all snuggled up under a hay manger chatting to eachother when I started writing this YAY! And thank you for the advice! I'm so happy, so is Hiro and even tho he loves a grumble I think Gill is 2.
