Somehow I managed to order two boxes of hay (plus sampler) and set up a subscription without ever actually creating an account, which is interesting when there's a 5kg box of hay to be sent off tomorrow and I still have more than enough from the previous 10kg box. They adore the hay, don't get me wrong, but even they can't eat that much that fast.

Sent off an email last night, got a reply with a fix that took about 5 seconds of effort on my part plus a guarantee I wouldn't end up paying for another box tomorrow. Great customer service, and I'm grateful because they love the hay and I'd hate to end up having to look for a different supplier lol.
 
There was a hiccup with my second order (mislabelled box) and they sorted it in a couple of emails, new box sent and to keep the wrong box (that went to a local rescue as mine hated it). Good service always wins!
