Bonnie and Lottie our two teddies are settling in very well and they are enjoying being handled and kissed a lot!.The worst of the squabbling seems to have passed thank goodness and last night they had a popcorn frenzy! It was a joy to watch.:)

We tried them in my daughters bedroom last night but they were so noisy and kept her awake on and off all night so a decision has been made to put them in the dining room until the two rooms are knocked into one.I think the whole family will enjoy them much more with them being there and it will be better for them as they will be seeing more activity and having LOTS of attention.

They are so cheeky-Bonnie is quite reserved and Lottie is the mischevious one-always looking round for what she can get into next, and they squeek so loud! We are making sure we enjoy every minute of them.
 
Thats great - my two girls were the same - they are now 18 months old and have calmed down a lot - My 3 month old boar however is a bundle of energy and always mumbling away to either himself or me (his cage is next to the sofa) - or calling out to the girls - but hopefully it wont be too much longer before he has his "mail order bride" from Tracy up in Rugby as we are moving up the waiting list for a spayed sow.Its amazing how much pleasure happy piggies can bring. xx:))
 
That's great new's, I am so glad that you decided to get your little one a friend. After seeing them together and how they interact do you think in your own mind she benefits from having a companion?

With animals no one person is right and there is exceptions to the rule but we do all have one thing in common we all have an interest in Guinea Pig's and a great forum where we can share information.

Now I would like to see some pigtures! ;)!
 
At 1st I did wonder what I had done in getting her sister as the squabbling was so bad to start with and Bonnie kept hiding and looked unhappy-I just wanted to protect her but things seemed to improve overnight.Its as if they came to some agreement overnight!

I'm glad now that I decided to get her sister as I dont think we would be having this much entertainment with just one.Plus I can see that they love each other now, although Lottie does annoy Bonnie sometimes I can see they wouldnt be without each other now.

Will try and get more pics taken later.

Just like real human sisters lol :)) You love 'them really but boy sometimes they can be so annoying rolleyes:(|)

I am really pleased you feel you have made the right decision for you all :)
