As you all know our piggy’s love there veggies which are not always cheap.
I have been given a space if my back garden which is about 1 meter by 8. SO my idea was to plant seeds of all those veggies my guineas like and see how it goes. I am going to try and do it organically and hopefully the guinea will not be the only ones to benefit from fresh veggies!

What do you all think of this idea?

Anyone got any idea what is the vegetables I should try and grow first?

Does anyone else have a guinea garden ?

I think that is a wonderful idea.. I'm planning to do the same (have been for a long time) when we are able to get a house with a garden! :D

Kelly and piggies xx

I do potatoes (not for the piggies LOL), carrots, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, I am also growing parsely but that is indoors, this year I am having a go a cucumber too! theres a few more I have for this year but I cant remember LOL

Your piggies are lucky that you are growing them their own veggies ;D Sadly my garden isn't very big and I don't have room for a veggie patch *sniff* My piggies will just have to rely on my local veggie wholesaler to keep them well stocked :D

I don't usually grow much through winter though :( I cant wait for the end of next month to start re planting again!

Hmm, make sure each veg is well spaced, cover with a net, dont over water, potatoes spread like wild fire so I grow them in a big tub...
