Anyone had trouble getting through to them lately.

Placed an order on Wed for Fri delivery. Rang to check on this and they are not answering the phone.

Since i have not dealt with them before not sure if this is normal practise or have i caught them on a bad day iykwim
 
Did they confirm it would be delivered on Friday?

They are a very popular and busy company, it's probable it would take a while to get through on the phone to them. They are an excellent company though with a brilliant range, they've been selling for some years now. Given the recent bank holiday they may have a short backlog of orders to clear as well.
 
I have had two orders from them. Ordered and paid on line. Both quick service, no problems. Good luck xx
 
mmm strange. No they didnt confirm friday delivery. I have been trying to get hold of them to confirm that and/or to confirm delivery time.

No answer on email, landline or mobile which is why i was checking if there were any known problems.

Guess it will be a surprise if it turns up and hopefully not on monday when i am at work and so is hubby loool
 
Any joy yet?

I have always ordered on-line with them ... no delivery date actually specified but my order always arrives quickly. No problems at all. Great company!
 
was delivered today. Was a bank holiday back log so all sorted now :)
