and then the first one available to buy (still unsold)

and now the first one finished of the fully working pattern, cotton outer and inner, fleece bottom and completely holding its shape (got thicker wadding), with fleece keeping the opening tidy

Will be making more of these over the next few weeks and then putting up for sale, should have two of each colour initially.

Wow, these are brilliant!
Now if only you could make one that looked like a tv :)) x

and todays work, finished the second red stripe, and cut and started the 3 green stripe with one green music note

today and tomorrow are "green" days :))

Fear not, I will be doing yellow AND blue butterflys in the near future, the yellow will be after I have done the blues, the orange and the special secret fabric that I am keeping a secret till I have done them:x:)), the only reason is I ran out of yellow fleece, have a nice yellow and black stripe to add to the collection and also another red stripe but I ran out of red fleece doing the two squbes that are ready.

I have thought out the pricing and they do take a lot of material and the originals I asked a conditional price of £15 which includes postage and packaging (which currently stands at £3 each), I still think this is a fair price, they are 10" x 11" x 9" high in old money, 25.5cm x 28cm x 23cm high to the metric bods out there.

I was inspired to make these for the boys who like to use complete hides and like to share. As with all my beds they had to be easy to wash, cotton based and easy to dry (especially in winter) but would keep their shape on their own. And of course I will be dontating some money from the sales to guinea pig rescue.

I think £15 is a very reasonable price hun - I would love to buy one when they are ready please. Heck, I might even buy two! :)) Just as long as its not before Monday lol as that's when I get paid.

Ooo these are perfect, my Marmite loves cosy beds, but he only likes them under cover and so i always have to cover his bed by a stool for him to use it but then you can't see his cute bed because it's hidden, I'm always looking for new things for him and this ticks all the right boxes,

-Cotton outside

-Cosy

-Covered for safety

May have to try and get my hands on one of these maybe two !

These look lovely :) but with 10 guinea pis (a group of 6, a pair of boys and two single boys) id need to buy 5 of them :{ Ive just bought £200 worth of cages £50 worth of new fleece £30 on new beds - gosh my pigs are high maintenance......

Will see how finances pan out over the next few months - if you are still making/selling them i may treat my pigs to some from you ;)

I have one green finished, one very nearly there but two that just need finishing off, been busy sewing away but it looks like 4 at the same time was too much in 2 days :red And I have packed production up for the next 3 days (although might finish the nearly there sunday).

The two blues will be next up on my next day off tues, I might even get the orange done @)

So no great hurry just yet to get in quick and I hope that I can sell a few each month for you all so if you wanted to kit out whole pens (I am just as bad :)) ) its possible to do this over a period of time rather than worry about getting them all in one go.
