Jasmine is on a low calcium diet, but I'm still finding small calcium deposits where she's peed.

She has filtered water, Science Selective pellets, and these are the veggies she's fed twice a day:

Plus a handful of:

Leo and Jynx are fed the same thing as Jasmine and I don't see any deposits from them.

Jasmine had a flare-up of cystitis a while ago (see thread here: Is a wet bottom a sign of illness?) and the vet said it was likely due to a build-up of sediment "rubbing" against the bladder wall and causing some discomfort. What can I do to reduce the calcium further?

Are the SS pellets grain free ones?

Even with the low calcium diet, grain free pellets and filtered water I find there’s always a bit of calcium residue. I no longer feed lettuce to my lot. They get daily herbs (coriander or dill) and I find that helps. When they have had lettuce in the past I’ve noticed slightly increased deposits.
Hope that helps. It’s all about finding the balance for your piggies.

The current bag is not grain feee. Do grain pellets contain more calcium than grain free ones? I've cut down on the lettuce and will see how it goes. :) Thanks!

I’m not sure it’s calcium in the pellets more that the grain in them seems to irritate bladders.

Does anyone know If wagg twitch pellets for guinea pigs are low in calcium. I'm noticing large white patches in my guineas cage and I am concerned
