Yes, chirping :))
We've both heard it, it starts quiet but gets really loud. We've had our pigs now for just over a year and have begun to hear this weird noise over the last couple of months. I would love to know exactly why they do this.
I was here on my own the other day and one of them was chirping away, really getting into it. Unfortunately my camera was not nearby and when I got up to get it I spoiled the mood and whoever was chirping stopped.

Chriping, that is rare! we have heard it a few times. I like the way you can see the pigs lips move! A very eerie noise :)

I have a regular chirper, though she hasn't done it for a long while now....... until the other night, its sweet but not at 3 am, a few loud claps from my bedroom shut her up :)) x

I too would love to know what this noise is, does any one know why they do it. I first heard mine do it a couple of months after getting them always in the middle of the night and I was worried when they first did it.

Now they are in the bedroom they or one did it a couple of weeks back it's hard to described the noise but it does get very loud. I've never had guineas do it before. Is it to do with hiccups or something. I can do a good impersonation of it when I describe it to people. :red It is a weird noise you're right x.
