Uhaul Substitute

can anyone tell me if instead of using uhaul to make cage liner could I use moving blankets as I heard theses work the same as uhaul

I don't think so. I don't know what moving blankets are made from but the key thing about U-haul is it is made from recycled denim which is why they are so absorbent.

Those pads look just like uhaul. Could you pour some water on them see how well they absorb water?

I haven't got any, I was going to buy some if I knew they work.

I've read on US forums that some
Brands of moving pads work the same but some are water resistant
