Hi everyone, I really hope someone can help put my mind at rest. My guinea pig Duke just ate half a leaf from an Umbrella Plant in my house. It wasnt a huge amount, but enough. Should I get him to a vet or is this plant ok?

I've no idea what an umbrella plant is. I'd ring the vet and ask their advice, they should have an emergency service. Hope he's ok.
 
Hi, I think it is poisonous. I am not 100% sure so please don't panic!

So far I read up on it and it is poisonous for cats and birds and I thought if it is poisonous for them, then maybe it is for budgies?

Please go to the vet ASAP, better to call the emergency and ask if they know if your guinea pig is any danger and then ask them to see Duke.

Hope it isn't poisonous! x
 
I agree with Poppy'smum, Please contact your vet, just in case. Hope he will be fine.
