Well awhile back I was really thinking he could pass away any minuite! the vet said he had URI he had treatment and didnt seem to get any better, I thought he had a heart condition! the last week or so has been awful! He stopped eating, wouldn't drink, his heart was racing etc

wellll....

the last day or two, he's eating (pellets and ONLY top quality veg ha!) and drinking alot! and genreally looking really well:)

the only thing he still has is bumble food, and i don't know what to do, to get rid of it :/

That's great news. I'm pleased for you all!
Bumblefoot is easily treated. If you go to this link and scroll down you can read about it and buy some cream for it.

Great to hear he seems to be improving, I hope he continues that way.

Just for general information, and something for you to bear in mind, bumblefoot is often thought to be related to a systemic condition e.g. fungal infection, or a circulatory issue e.g. heart problem. Maybe information you just want to keep in the back of your mind for now, but with his medical history I would be on alert for any other signs.
