New Born Pup
Hello everyone, i lost my sweet little girl last week, it’s been rough but i’m getting through it, i wanted to update on how my cinniepig is getting on- and her new friend i’ll be picking up on monday the 2nd
frankly, i’ve never seen cinnamon so happy- and i’m not quite sure what to think, coco was always a gentle pig, didn’t play much mainly just ate hay and slept, she was my curious pig however, would happily come and sniff and my hands when i was cleaning the cage which cinnamon was always too afraid to do, but with cocos passing it’s like she’s a different pig- curious and confident, so many popcorns and zooms, I'm wondering if it’s just the empty cage she has all to herself, or if she didn’t get on with her sister that well
or maybe the fact i’ve spoilt her rotten with new things since cocos passing
i’ve included a picture of her pancakes in her new tent
luckily for me my adoption shelter nearby has a little neutered boy in need of a sow to live with, apparently a very friendly and gentle pig, i’ll be fostering to bond him with cinnamon, hopefully she gets along with him well
he’s a black, white and mystery colour (i haven’t seen more than his face yet) piggie, i intend to call him yam yam, short for neteyam but, yams are similar to sweet potatoes, cinnamon goes on sweet potato pie right? i thought it fitting
i’m sure ill have questions when it’s time to bond them, if my shelter cannot answer them all that is
i wish you all (including your piggies) well this new years
