Update: RSPCA Visit

Hi all, I know some of you have been waiting for an update on my home visit, well I greeted the lady at the door holding Lacey in my arms and it would appear she new her as she had sen her at P@H the week before I adopted her, she was very impressed with the space I made for Lacey and was very happy for me to go ahead and adopt another little piggy as a companion for Lacey Lou, I'm so happy and I hope Lacey will be, she said if they dont get on once home (as its her space) then to call her and she will put me in touch with a lady near by who can help them bond.

Lacey has just been given some spinach as a treat for being such a good girl and for still loving me even thouvgh she had the hump with me last night, currently popcorning round the living room.

Once I get a call from the centre who has the male up for adoption I will update again and hopefully can bring him home very soon.
 
Its great news and cant wait to get another now, I'm taking Lacey to the RSPCA Centre and they will introduce her and watch how they get on, if they are happy then I bring another home :))
 
She certainly does that way its not risky with me just bringing one home, here she is clearly not deciding which bit to eat first so she took them all out and put them on the floor...

That is wonderful and how funny the woman knew Lacey! Haha I laughed at her taking out all the vegetables and spreading them around the floor. :))
 
Always exciting when you pass a homecheck! I know when we had ours a few months ago before getting Ed it was a happy time. I'm sure it won't be long before Lacey has a lovely friend for company. :))
 
That's fab news! i'm so happy for you and Lacey, hopefully she will find a lovely husband or girl friend!
 
Oh thank you, I cant wait either I keep telling Lacey and I'm sure she gets it, well she was jumping around a lot last night having her own little chat with me, I should get a call today to arrange to take Lacey down there then we wait for her to choose her new best friend!

I know she is so funny, I put them all in a shallow plastic dish for when she has floor time and she normally just takes one out to eat and so on but not on this occasion, she emptied the lot, she knew I found it funny as she was popcorning for ages
