Urgent vet in the nottingham area

Been to my local vet this evening and they have said that my guinea pig my have cancer as he has a few large lumps all over his body!

I decided not to go through with this until i'd had a second opinion.

Please does anyone know a vet that specialises in small animals within the Nottingham area?
