So ever since this morning my Guinea pig has been breathing weird, not in a way where she's coughing or there's much struggle at all, but it's not normal. She seems to be acting fine and even ate her veggies and hay, along with running around on the floor. What should I do?
 
A vets trip is essential. Septrin is usually the best antibiotic to be used but Baytril or Zithromax may be prescribed. Usually after a few days on meds it clears but you always need to complete the course x
 
Please have her seen by a good vet re. URI or heart issues as soon as possible!

Weigh it daily to Monitor the Food intake (up to 80% is unlimited hay, which you cannot control) and if necessary, top it up with Syringe feed and water.
