We have just found a smallish lump on Valentina. It feels fairly free moving. She doesn't complain when it is touched, she is eating loads and her behaviour is normal ( for her i.e. grumpy). The only thing that worries me is that it is on her tummy near her nipple. Obviously, I will get her checked out by the vet as soon as possible, but would be grateful for any advice.

Mine has one too, just behind her front right leg. Vet felt it and said it was OK, but if it grew they would want to remove it, so I’ve got to keep an eye on it. Hope your’s is similarly ‘OK’

Hi!
If a lump is sitting loosely in the skin, then it is generally mostly a harmless sebaceous cyst. I would still have it seen by a vet, but I would not let it disturb my sleep.

Sorry you found a lump.
I’d get it checked by a vet in your position too. Hope you get a speedy appointment and reassurance.
Keep us posted

Thank you all for your support. We saw the vet today and she actually has two lumps - one on each side right where her mammary glands are. The vet has suggested taking a sample of fluid and geting it tested so that we know whether they are cysts or something more sinister.
