So , i wanted to know if the veg i'm feeding is fine .
So in the morning i feed chicory , yellow or red bell peppers, lettuce and sometimes kale , along with some pellets . i reff
Then at noon , i feed a little broccoli .
Then 3 times a week at 1.00pm i feed a piece of fruit , like papaya or strawberry , sometimes banana or grape .
Then at 3.00 pm i feed a little Chinese lettuce , and i refill their water .
And there final meal is at 7.00-9.00 pm , it usually consists of cucumber , lettuce , maybe a little cabbage and some more chicory .
I also sometimes feed tomato and celery .
Is this okay?
Am i feeding enough?
They have access to hay and water all the time .

Oh , and i also feed cucumber and pak choi sometimes
i’d feed less fruit. it’s got a high sugar content

Without seeing the actual amounts it is hard to say, but its possible that that you are feeding too much veg. They only need 50g of veg per day. Veg is not a main part of their diet at all. Over 80% of their daily food intake needs to be hay. I Only give my piggies veggies once per day. some people make the veg portion up and then divide it into two and feed one half in the morning and the other half in the evening.

Broccoli and cabbage aren’t ideal to be fed regularly as they can cause gas episodes in piggies. Kale is high in calcium and shouldn’t be fed any more than once a week to avoid issues with the formation of kidney stones. Ideally drinking water should be filtered as it removes the calcium.

Definitely cut down the fruit. Fruit does not really have a place in the guinea pig diet. If you are going to give them fruit, then it is one small piece no more than once per week. Fruit, and tomatoes are included in that is too high in sugar and can be too acidic. Acidity in fruits can cause cheilitis (mouth sores).

I have added some links below, one of which shows a sample plate which details just how little veg they actually need.

I feed it spread out , not all in one go , it's a 1 cup per piggie , per day

Oh, sorry i didn't make it clear , i only feed a little broccoli , some weeks , not very often .

Ok. As long as you make it all up in one portion at the beginning of the day and then divide it out. Just grabbing bits and pieces of veg throughout the day without actually measuring can add up to them getting more veg than you think.
Definitely do reduce the fruit though , three times a week is far too much.

Cabbage also falls under the not very often category - again, it can cause gas.
Asian vegetables are on the ‘questionable list’ as to their safety to feed as there is little information on them.
