VERY Dry piggy feet please help

My poor piglet hadvery dry feet it's peeling back and it looks a bit orange in colour because it's so dry and peeling back round the edges just woundering what to put on the I was thinking baby oil wasn't to sure
 
I was going to recommend the same!
