OK I was not happy with what the first vet said. Normally I see a foreign vet & I trust her 100%.
This was a man, idiot.
So I got a second opinion, with a very very expensive vet, Molly has ovarian cysts. What a stressful day. She wanted to do an ultra sound £110 then do a op at £150.
So lve gone back to my favourite vet for a consult & an ultra sound straight away. So let you know how it goes tomorrow. :D

I feel really odd saying "that's great news!" buuuuut...that's great news! A bit of hope does no harm at all, and good luck for Molly for tomorrow :)

Hope everything goes well. My two girls are off to see Ellie at Alfreton vets on the 19th, one's having an ovarectomy and the other is being checked for cysts and if she has them she'll also being have an ovarectomy, it's less evasive and easier on their stomach. £110 for a scan? That's a lot! I think I paid £40 something when Coco had hers.
