Vet recommendation Swindon?

Hello,
I live in Swindon Wiltshire UK and I am looking for a guinea pig savvy vet. Went to thameswood tonight, my guinea has blood in his urine, they didn't seem to care and couldn't get me out the door quick enough. Provided anti inflammatorys and cystophan capsules but they didn't seem very sure on what dose to give of either of them. Does anyone have any ideas of how to give cystophan capsules to a guinea? Really concerned as I have previously had guineas with bladder stones and worked as an auxiliary nurse at a vets previously so have seen first hand how quickly they can go down hill. Any vet recommendations would be much appreciated.
 
Brilliant, he is pretty good with the syringe so should work well, thank you so much for your response. I have him booked for a second opinion at drove tomorrow so fingers crossed!
