View from my window

My computer is in front of a side window in my house. The window overlooks our neighbours roof which is not the best view one could have but every so often I see something from the window which makes me smile. Like this! 2 ducks resting on the roof. Wouldn't you think they could find somewhere a little more comfortable. Just before I took this photo they were both sleeping on one leg with heads tucked under thier wing.

Awww! I love things like this! At my old house, I remember when I was little, a heron sat on the roof of the house opposite

Good photo. We had ducks on the shed roof once in a hailstorm...once the hail had passed they shook themselves and flew off. You remember these things, they are so unusual.
