When people talk about giving your pets vitamin C.
Can I use this? Also, how much would I give & how often? x

I dont think you can use human vitamin pills, Ive never seen anywhere say about it. Tbh its easy to give guinea pigs enough vit C as they love eating the foods that are high in it.

I'm sure you can give them human vit C, but i don't know if it can be just any brand and if the numark one was safe.
It's not crucial, Luna has a URI and I was gunna use it to give her immune system a bit of a boost if it was safe.
She's decided she doesn't like red pepper anymore and I liked to see her eating it because if the amount of vit C in it
Yeah, I think i'll order some piggy ones for situations like this is in the future.
:tu:

hang on, let me check where I managed to get them from...i'll have a quick squish through my emails.
I won't blame you if you keep it a secret ! I've stopped giving the Oxbow tablets regularly - my trio eat plenty of Vit C rich veg - but it's nice to have some in.

Ok, check out Viovet

actually, mine look the same as the Hayforpets one. Violet is £7.48 plus £2.99 postage, although the postage is the same for more than one tub.
Don't know if that helps...someone else on the forum pointed me to this website and I've ordered critical care and other items from them.
