Wagg guinea pig crunch on offer in Asda

Just wanted to let you know that I was in Asda today and they have started their pet event. And the 2kg bags of guinea pig crunch, and bunny crunch are at £1 each just now. I will be stocking up lol! I know not everyone uses or likes this, but my boys love it!

Thanks for letting us know, my pigs dont like the wagg guinea pig crunch i wish they did at that price, but I'm sure they will have some food on offer for my dog Meg. :))
 
lol, they did at that. Iams on offer, and butchers wet. Can't remember what other types there were :)
 
yup, it runs until the 16th january :) so I reckon I should be able to stock up on enough crunch to do me right through until the summer for under a tenner :) bonus!

Well thats good, i am tempted to buy a pack and mix it with the gerty! But i was trying to get them off it onto a nugget type, so maybe not a good idea. :{
 
I tried mine on a nugget, they hated it! the only thing they leave with mine is the wee bits that look like a small cornflake lol, otherwise they scoff the lot :)

Maybe i should give it a try. I was going to put them onto oxbow cavy cuisine as that was the only one they ate when mixed with the gerty.rolleyes They had to chose the most expenisive nugget type didnt they.

Mine leave the yellow bits and the little seed bits in the gerty.
 
my guineas eat it too but I am unable to drive my car at moment due to weather conditions again :( If only I knew about this at weekend :( Will see about getting a day ticket on the bus tomorrow so if I finish work early due to snow could get a bus to ASDA! I will see :))
 
hope you manage it Briony :) I have now got 3 bags of GP crunch, and 3 of bunny brunch lol, Going back up on thursday to get some more. Only problem is the storage!
 
i've just bought some of this while doing my shopping, even though i spent £4 on nuggets yesterday :(|) my boyfriend insisted we stock up as it's so cheap!
 
glad so many people have been able to make use of this offer. I now have enough to do me right through to the summer lol!
 
I got 6 bags I mix with nuggets so should last me about 6 monthish I want more but I keep it in the shed in a bin (still in bags just in the bin to avoid mice etc..) the bin is now full so need to find somewhere else for it now! I noticed in morrisons tonight it had gone up to about £2.69 or something like that! That made me want to get more :))

Briony I think you should get back to Asda now lol :p
 
It was a great trip! I hardly ever go there as it is a 15 min drive and morrisons is on my way home but managed to bag loads of cheapy veg too! I got some growing lettuce for 26p, huge bag of carrots for 20p, huge bag of parsnips for 20p, a turnip for 5p and some mushrooms for us for 20p which only needed to be eaten in 3 days time. All veg has a good few days left in it as just looked fresh and not old or anything!
