I looked into a shelter in LA online and was wondering if they're good? There's only one

It is fantastic you are thinking of adopting guinea pigs.
Without knowing the shelter personally it is impossible to say if they are good, however why don't you go along to the shelter, meet the people and see how it is set up.
That should give you more of a feel for what it is like, and how they care for their animals.

I will, it seems like they're good since they have a whole setup online to make apointments for multiple things like bathing and grooming etc.. probably a petco for guinea pigs haha

Is it Los Angeles guinea pig rescue? Saskia runs it.

Yeah, I haven't visited it yet though. I live an hour away so it'll be considered a trip since I would need to bring my guinea pigs to find a perfect match and I need to upgrade my cage first

I think they're one of the best rescues in the area, I've heard a lot about them.
