Having read there latest GPM we would like to try and attach our water bottles to the inside of the hutch rather than poking through but I'm not sure where to get the clips from? I have googled, that was interesting! But struggling to find anything, can anyone help?
We have the standard plastic bottles with the red lid, one is a large and the other a midi.

They normally come with a white white that’s bent to form a u at the end. You can round it to a semi circle and use that. But thinking about it perhaps you would need two as I don’t know that it would stay in place with just the one. It’s kind of held up by the grid when you place it on the outside.

We have the wire ones which are currently holding them on the outside with the spout poking through but the article send to show a plastic clip type one?

I haven’t seen the article - What is the reason to put them on the inside?

How are they damaging the wire? Then again I think it’s not as thick as on, say, a c&c. Could you reinforce that particular area?

I think it’s a ferplast bottle holder but can’t find where it’s sold separately.

As an alternative you could get the glass water bottles as they have a holder and spring wire that hooks onto the cage to secure them. We have 2’plastic ones like yours and a glass one. At the moment I am using the holder and spring wire on one of my plastic bottles so it can be inside the cage. The glass bottles also have much longer spouts too. If using the glass bottle I put it on the outside of the cage as the spout it a lot longer. My piggies always use the plastic bottle that’s inside the cage rather than the one on the outside of the cage, I think it’s probably easier to drink from.

Sorry I wasn't very clear in my explanation, they are chewing the wood underneath where the bottle spout spokes through, so I thought maybe if it's inside it's easier to get at?

I use the glass ones for the longer spout, 2 of them, one for each pig, and back up incase one breaks when I'm not at home, or if I need to use pro c in water, I will put it in one bottle, incase it stops one of my pigs wanting to drink

I use cable ties. One around the neck of the bottle and one at the top. Have found these particularly useful with small piggies as you can lower the bottle a little bit inside the cage
