Water bottles vs bowls

I use a water bottle for my guinea pigs but have seen some people use water bowls. Didn’t know which one was better.

I prefer bottles. Bowls are hard work. You have to clean them and change the water several times a day as pigs pee and poop in them. But some piggies never learn to use a bottle so you them have to give them a bowl.

I've never tried bowls with mine as they have all come to me used to a bottle

I also use a bottle, my boys have never had an issue with them
I’ve also never used bowls but I’d be concerned they’d tip it (unless it was ceramic) or that they’d basically use it as another toilet!
