One of my two piggies has watery eyes. One more than the other. This seems to come and go. She seems to be eating and drinking and no other concerns. Should I be worried about this?. I have recently changed their normal hay as due to covid-19 couldn't get what they usually have and in the last week the watering looks a bit worse but not sure if this is conincidence or not. It is clear there is no discharge and I thought maybe a blocked tear duct but was alarmed to read online (google) that it could be a sign of a respiratory illness. I am self isolating so would be worried about going to a vet but don't want my piggy to suffer if she is ill. My other pig is fine and does not have watery eyes. I have just been to check again and the eye doesn't look watery now but did earlier. Like I say it comes and goes. Please help

Obviously it is not possible for us to diagnose something over the internet, particularly without pictures etc.
But a good indicator is often weight.
If she were ill she would be loosing weight.
Do you weight weekly at the same time?

A watery eye could simply be a response to dusty hay but it could also be a hay poke or eye injury.
Does the ey look clear or cloudy?

If you are concerned you should e-mail the vet with photos. They may simply prescribe something over the phone so no need for you to go in.
Otherwise many vets are doing distance visits, so even if you are self isolating you could still take her in for a check up and just drop her off - no need for direct contact.
