Weighing My Piglets...

So I have just weighed my Piggies! I forgot all about weighing them as I forgot to add it to my list! So Gizi Have gained more than 100grams since I weighed her last time and Honey I'm not too sure since I got her 3 weeks ago I just wanted to know if they are the right weight.

Gizi - around 3-4 months old - 463 grams

Honey - 2 years old - 908 grams

If it's any help, my Oreo who is just over 4 months was 570g on Monday his brothers were just over 600g

I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure they're fine. I think a fully grown sow range is around 900-1100g. But don't quote me on that! I think your weights sound fine. I know many people who have sows that are over 1100g, but don't look overweight! I think it can really be a varied range. (Within reason)

Okay so I just counted and she is 83 days old about since I don't know the exact date of her birth, I got her on the third and she was one month old then so her birth day is June 3rd! So she is just under 3 months old

All sound like good weights, Gizi will gain more weight as she ages and Honey sounds about average weight for a adult female piggie If you weigh weekly you will be able to see what is normal for them But as i say, both weights sound normal to me

I think her weight is ok, I think my are 5 months not 4 I thinking they were born mid April working it out and they are boars so a bit different.

Yes, I got a little lazy and forgot to weigh them But now I'm keeping track of their weight every week And hopefully I will buy a kitchen scale soon as I am secretly using my moms

The weights seem ok to me, piggies weights can differ, so it's not always correct to compare them. They should put on a bit each week (preferably weigh at the same time each week), their weight may drop slightly once they 12-14 months, then steady it's self.

My boys are 3 years old and have been gaining weight they are now 3lbs each.
They have veg and hay and have a large run to run about in,are they too heavy?
