Please have any guinea pig that is losing more than 50g/2 oz of weight in a short space of time seen promptly by a vet.
Switch from the regular weekly weigh-in to weighing daily at the same time in the feeding cycle and start offering additional syringe feed; you can use mushed up pellets in an emergency as long as cut off the tip of your syringe as shown in our guide. You can get needle-free 1 ml syringes from any pharmacy.

I can't see any thick gunk that would point to a respiratory infection and that ultimately glues the eye shut, but the eye looks drawn in, which is generally a sign of pain. Have the eye checked for a potential injury (ulcerating or not) or some wedged under the lid. Eye injuries normally don't cause weight loss, though, but they need to be seen promptly as eye injuries can deteriorate quickly.
Milky fluid is regular eye cleaning fluid and clear fluid, which dries to a transparent residue is a sign of an irritation or injury to the eye.

PS: We do our best to answer any thread in this section as soon as we can in our free time. Please help us with stating your symptoms in the title so members with pertinent experiences can give you their insight and we can attend any life and death emergencies first.

Ok thank you so much you advice really helped xx

He definitely needs a going-over by a vet to check for masses, lumps, dental issues, and anything else they can think of. Weight loss and general signs of illness (like sunken, watery eyes) are fairly nonspecific, but it's a good bet that something is going on that needs attention.
