Weird head nodding by female guinea pig

Evening all,

One of our sows Meadow seems to be moving her head in a strange way — you can view a video here: .


She doesn't do it all the time but we've noticed her doing it over the last 24 hours or so, We have an appointment with the vets tomorrow, but in the meantime has anyone experienced this or seen it before?
 
Well done for getting her into the vets so quickly. Keep us posted on how you get on. I can’t seem to watch the video.
 
Good for having her booked in! Make sure that your vet sees the little video.
Could she have something in her ear (bug, wax etc.) that is giving her discomfort?
