my guinea pig has been diagnosed today with an uti and has been given antibiotics. I have realised that she has been making a vibrating hooting today but the vet said her breathing was fine. i was wondering if anyone knows if this could be related?

Unfortunately we can't help you from your description. Can you please upload a video on another platform on a public setting and then copy it into your forum post.
But please take a deep breath - if your vet hasn't found signs of congested airways, then it is not dangerous or life-threatening.
