On Wednesday, my lovely, thoughful boyfriend bought me a little baby piggy who we called Oliver. He's a beautiful little boy, but his name, Oliver, just isn't sticking and I don't love it as much as I did with George, Elliot and Oscar's names.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Wales, and I thought it might be fitting to call our new baby boy a cute Welsh name. Does anyone have any suggestions? Neither my boyfriend or I are Welsh, so it's got to be something easy to pronounce :))!

PS: Owen, Dai, Dylan, Gethin, Bryn, Gareth, Gwyn are very typical Welsh names.

Thanks so much, Wiebke!

I really love Dillon. He looks like a little Dillon :)

If your looking for a welsh name it would be spelt Dylan (pronounced 'Duh-lan'). :)

Also - Taran (Lightening - if I'd had a boar he would have been Taran) Seren (star - more of a girly name though), Cwta (which means small - guinea pig in welsh is 'mochyn cwta')
Welsh boy names then - Tomos, Guto, Glyn, Wiliam, Caradog, Cai, Iwan, Osian, Owain, Elis, Geraint, Tudur, Huw, Steffan, Ifan (pronounced 'ee-van'). Can't think of any more at the moment.

xx

Lol, thanks for all of your replies. Decided to go with a rather Scottish name in the end - my baby boy is Wee Hamish!
