Hi,
Ever since I've had my two boars, they've had these 2 symmetrical pimply things above their legs. What are they?
 
Most rodents who are males dont have nipples, piggies just do lol. My Peppa even got a mammary tumour!
 
Anything with a nipple can :-) male/female humans, rats, mice, etc to name a few it isnt common in male guinea pigs from what I gather though.
