My guinea pig has seemed to lose weight recently, he gets a lot of crusty stuff around his eye, which I notice one has sunk in. He has something attached to his paw, and has seemed rather lethargic recently. He hasn't ever been very active, but now that I made him a house he never wants to leave it. His sisters have been making a lot of weeking sounds, which seems to not bother him, but I am worried.

Please see a vet urgently for diagnosis and the correct treatment.
He sounds to be rather unwell and needs help.

You must step in and syringe feed him a fibre rich recovery feed as he is losing weight. He is losing weight because he is not eating enough hay. You must switch from the routine weekly weight checks and instead weigh him daily from so you can ensure he is getting enough syringe feed each day to stop weight loss.
You need to feed him every two hours and get a minimum of 60ml into him each day but your weight checks are your guide as to how much is actually needed to stop his weight loss.

The guides below detail emergency measures and the importance of stepping in with syringe feeding.

I hope he is ok

How is he doing now?
I did separate him, and he has been eating and running around, but I noticed that he has a bald spot under his eye and on the paw that has something attached to it. He hasn't gained or lost any weight, and he hasn't gotten any more crusty stuff around his eye. He also has been pooping A LOT, in big amounts and it's been getting stuck.
