Ewww thats a disgusting cage to give you. Well done for the letter though, sounds like you're making good progress O0

white vinegar should clean it up. They ought to be ashamed supplying a cage in that state :(

Will try that thats the only thing that I haven't tried yet. I wish I took pictures of it's oginal state this is spotless to how it was! :o

great letter, i kind of missed this thread lol

that cage is in a bad way >:(

That is a pretty minging base. It would be great if more people would write to pet stores who have done things like this - perhaps if everyone wrote who's animals had needed vet treatment immediately after purchasing them, they would think twice about any easy profit they are making and make a good decision to stop selling live animals. Well done for speaking up, and even if it's just another statistic to them, it will be one to be counted!

Yuk that base is freaking me right out! :o I was talking to a woman in Pets at home that worked there and she said oh we always give new cages...hmmm ok! 98)

But you know I know they make huge errors and this nearly cost a pig her life but they do compensate. But still I would rather they didn't make the damn mistakes in the first place! It's not rocket science! Even my ma could sex a pig! ::)

Good Luck with the letter and getting through to those ignorant P&H people.
Well done for taking a stand against it and for getting your little one better, alot of people wouldn't bother :'(
We all would though!

Lots of love from the babies and me xx
