ive just been looking on the preloved to find my boar a mate, cuz he lost punky on saturday. but in the process ive seen an advert for a lady selling two female guinea pigs who are one, they come with cage blah blah blah. she wants 50 quid. i know you dont agree with buying, but she obviously doesnt want them anymore, she said shes become allergic(after a year huh) wont they end up in rescue? i wouldnt have really battered an eyelid, but i noticed shes actually living in west bromwich exactly where i am? what should i do, would they disrupt my boar in anyway if i had them in the same room? would it disrupt drizzle when hes bondin with his new mate that i hope to find for him soon?

You could get him neutered and he could live with the two girls if you fell in love with these girl piggies.
there isnt even a picture of them, but i dont care about them, just worried shes gunna abandon them or give them into rescue, so eitha way I'm rescuing them before that aint i? anybody registered with pre loved?gemx

I agree with Caviaporcellus, you could get him neautered if you like these girls but its upto you if wish to buy them

It'd be a good idea to get him neutered if you get the girls.
If you got another boy, and the girls, then the two boys might want to fight over the girls, so you might have to keep the girls in another room.
You can probably haggle down the price of the girls a little too.

I would think about having him neutered too and putting him with the two girlies. (you would have to wait 4-6 weeks after the neuter)
If you tried to bond him with another boar they may not get on with each other if they can sense sows around.

i might send her a message, saying if she has no luck selling them, then i would be willing to gve them a home for free, then ive rescued them really havent i? if i did get them, i may not get drizzle a baby then, and put there cages next to eachother for company in that way instead?gemx
