What does sudden running mean?

So I have one guinea pig and all of the sudden she starts running really fast in circles in her cage. Does that mean she wants floor time or just excited? She even does it at night or hours after floor time. I know I am being weird but I want her to live her fullest life and if anything is wrong with her I want to help her.

I had a boar of 6 still doing it, until arthiritis set in. Dot will do it only on floor time. And my sister in laws cat used to do it

It's called Zoomies mine are a bit old to do it anymore as they are coming up to 3 years old, but The Ever Beautiful Betsy will still zoomie occasionally if she has free range time.

My trio do zoomies in a train. I love watching them. I videoed them coming down from their loft like that and my brother thought it was the funniest thing he'd seen.
