What is this on my baby guinea pig?

So, I recently got a new baby guinea pig (she is a female and about 1-2 months old) and today, while I was holding her, I felt something on her jawline/cheek. It felt dry and was dark. I'm not exactly sure what is, but I'm gonna be taking her to the vet tomorrow. Do any of you guys know what it is?

Hi! So, i took her to the vet, and surprisingly they said it was based on another guinea pig biting her on her cheek, but she is doing very well!

Was the bite caused by the piggy she lives with?
