This are the medicine that the vet gives me the painkiller I have to give it in the morning and antibiotics I have to give him twice a day

The dose of both those medications is very low. Baytril is pretty useless for dealing with abscesses and at such a low dose is very unlikely to be effective. How is your piggy doing? Is the abscess reducing in size? Are you still getting any pus out of it? Does he seem well in himself?

Glad he's doing okay! How's his, eh hem, man parts doing now? :)

Hope he's behaving for his medicine! If you need syringing advice there's some great threads on here :)

He's doing fine he's been like he usually self and he's you know man parts are still recovering but he still eat like he as never seen food I think that he's abscess is reducing it since and I don't know about the pus it was just yesterday that we brought him to the vet but we have another appointment so the vet can see how is doing

That's good, as @furryfriends (TEAS) said that's a pretty low dose of Baytril so hope it does work for him. I think the lowest dose my piggies have been on was 2.5ml twice a day.
