So I’m panicking I don’t know what this is?! I was checking Nugget’s fur and I found this weird dry patch where his hair seems to missing. When I was trying to get the pictures he was very uncomfortable. He is still eating normal, has a normal behavior, popcorns daily and drinks water. It is only one patch missing and he lives with my other guinea pig Winston. They do not fight and are in a very large cage. Could he have done this to himself? Is it mites? Please help!

Anything you are unsure of needs a vet visit. A vet will be able to advise the best course of action.

You will need a vet for a diagnosis.

I’d ask for him to be checked for Mites

Well done for spotting it.
He definitely has some sort of skin condition and it looks pretty uncomfortable.
I would also reccommend a vet visit to get a proper diagnosis and effective treatment for him.

Well spotted.
Hope your vet can see you quickly.
Just know what you’re dealing with eases some of the worry.
Keep us posted

Hi and welcome

Please see a vet for a hands-on diagnosis. It is impossible for us to tell whether you are dealing with a fungal skin infection (may or may not be ringworm, which is simply the most aggressive and contagious of a whole range of fungal infections that are usually not lab tested for), mange mites or another - much rare - skin problem (which is generally only diagnosed if your piggy doesn't react to either fungal or ivermectin/selamectin treatment).
We are not qualified to diagnose, the same as any online place as all we can do is make an educated guess. We CAN tell you when to see a vet, which likely avenues to pursue with them, and we can support you with advice and practical tips during treatment.

Please do NOT treat on spec with low dosed broad spectrum pet shop brands which are not strong enough to do more than temporarily suppress the symptoms, cost you a lot of wasted money, prolong your piggy's suffering and in the end cost you more in vet fees for having to treat an advanced case. Please also be aware that you have to always wait at least 48 hours between any skin application in order to allow it to be absorbed.

You can find more information on the potential culprits in this link here: New piggy problems: URI - ringworm - skin parasites
